Come and discover our 100 m² space dedicated to Espelette Pepper. The PDO Espelette Pepper Interpretation Centre will enable you to discover its origins, history, lands, lifecycle and also its characteristics: an invitation to find out what makes our spice so remarkable !

There is also a projection area with a fun 15-minute video which both children and adults will enjoy.

Finish the visit with a tasting session to awaken your tastebuds and leave with lots of recipes.

Pintxo tasting: Every Wednesday at 11:30am by local chefs (mid-June to late September).

Children’s area: : Colouring Activities continously and occasionally animations.
